Membership is for student counsellors, psychotherapists and psychologists who identify as Black, African, South Asian, Caribbean and other people of colour heritage.

Membership is for students only and gives you access to:

  • An online support environment with a body of students in similar trainings who have similar experiences;
  • A closed Facebook support group with special live events;
  • A referenced and reviewed catalogue of learning resources;
  • A regular race dynamics reading group;
  • Opportunities to take part in monthly podcasts;
  • Opportunities to benefit from membership specific special offers of books and other learning materials;
  • One to one support and advocacy.

Register for membership below and we will contact you with the next available date for an online induction meeting.

Once you have attended an induction meeting, you may opt to join as a student member of a Black Therapy Matters Network, where you will be assigned a network cohort after you have paid a £15 annual subscription fee.
